Cris Meadows

President

Cris Meadows founded Harvest Girls International, Inc. in 2007 and Incorporated in 2008. Cris has a vision and passion for women and young girls reaching their fullest potential in life at any age. She believes that "Transformation begins with You". 

Cris is a Certified Life Coach, Certified Team Builder and Lay Minister, she is also an author, poet and playwright. Cris is a highly sought after Keynote Speaker and co-author of the books, "The Female Leader" and "I Survived".

She has received honors from The Indiana Commission for Women "Torchbearer" Award, Ebony Magazine "Sisterspeak" Pine Sol "Powerful Difference" Woman, The Indianapolis Professional Association, The Association of Black Psychologist, "The Dr. Bernice Williams, Trailblazer Award" The Awakening Conference and Honoree of "Women Reaching Out" Organization.  Cris attended Harrison College and IUPUI and Grace World Outreach Layman's School of Ministry.


Helen Chambers

Regional Vice President

Helen has been Regional Vice President of Harvest Girls International, Inc. 

She is a Certified Business and Christian, Coach, Empowerment Speaker, Conference & Workshop

Facilitator, Entrepreneur and author of her most recent book; "Caregiver, Chaos & Clutter". She is the

Director of Women's Empowerment Organization, "WOW" ATLANTA.

Yolanda Hill

Strategic Planner

Yolanda is a Production Planner with General Motors, holds multiple degrees with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University. She is a former member of The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Yolanda has served with Harvest Girls International, Inc. as Strategic Planner.

Yvonne Alexander Hughes

Executive Administrator

Yvonne is an Addiction Counselor and has experience as a non profit Executive Director.

She is a Graduate of St. Louis University in St. Louis Missouri. She is well connected in the communited and has a heart for women.  Yvonne has served as Executive Director of a women's shelter and she has been a social worker in the community.

Nichelle Miller

Lead Facilitator "All Girls Matter" Self Esteem Academy

Nichelle is the curriculum designer for "The Power to Dream" Harvest Girls International, Inc, she has a MBA in Human Resources and is a Licensed Life Coach and Certified Trainer for #Iamremarkable. She is the founder and director of Ms. Circle City Indy Pageant.   Nichelle is lead facilitator for All Girls Matter Self Esteem Academy.

Trilanda Colbert

College Scholarship Advisor

Trilanda has over 15 years of HR experience. She is a Certified Integrated Nutrition Coach. Trilanda enjoys baking and is now  the owner of TriKeiCo Desserts and kei2health Nutrition Services. She is the mentor  for "The Power to Dream" Scholarship Program for Harvest Girls International, Inc. Scholarship Recipients.
